Materials: - The barrell and the interior drum are built out of 26g (type 304) stainless steel.
The lid, access door and the bottom base is built out of 16g (type 304) stainless steel.
The bottom plate and side wall is 100% tig welded together. The handles and rack spacers are made out of 18g (type 304) stainless steel.
The cooking surfaces are tripple plated chrome and the fill valve in made out of brass.
The handles are molded out of redwood.

Dimensions: - The unit is shipped and can be stored in a 22" x 20" x 19" tall box. The barrell is 12" x 17" tall. The base is 19" dia x 7" overall ht. The side wall is 4" tall.
